We only receive one body and it needs to last our entire lifetime, so we ought to take care of it and respect it. This includes what we put in it and how we treat it. If our physical body fails us, we often loose the ability to enjoy our preferred activities in life. Of course we cannot control our environment completely and cannot prevent congenital differences such as scoliosis, injuries, overworked, or stressed muscles. I strive to improve a sense of balance in the muscular system by increasing the contractibility of muscles that are inhibited so a person can get back to the things they enjoy.
